“ Fa la la la la la la la”
De feestdagen staan weer voor de deur en hoewel ik half november al bezig ben met de feestdagen zodat ik met kerst het eigenlijk helemaal zat ben en ik vooral pizza wil eten wil ik je toch de beste en makkelijkste desserts (lees: chocolade taarten, altijd goed) op een rij zetten. De taarten zijn glutenvrij en vegan en zo weet je dat iedereen lekker mee kan eten!
Bovenstaande taart heeft een brownie-achtige structuur waardoor je eigenlijk altijd goed zit. Gooi er wat (vegan) room op, maak het af met geschaafde chocolade - en ik zal je niet veroordelen als dat gewoon hagelslag is- en serveer als lekkere toet.
In English: The holidays are knocking at the door and although I always start the Christmas season early in mid-November and consequently hate it by the time it’s actually there and would much rather just eat pizza, I do wish to draw your attention to some great and easy desserts this year (read: chocolate cakes, always a good choice). These cakes are gluten free and vegan, so you know for sure that everyone can enjoy them!
The cake above has a brownie-like texture, which is always great. Scoop some (vegan) whipped cream on top, finish it off with some chocolate shavings – I won’t judge if you use hagelslag instead – and serve as a wonderful holiday treat!
Deze amandel chocolade taart is zo simpel. Haast niet te geloven dat hij zo lekker is. Het kost maar een paar ingrediënten en je kunt hem 3 dagen van te voren maken. Wel graag in de koelkast bewaren.

Deze cake gaan wij deze kerst maken. Een echte Engelse kerst cake maar wel één die je in een korte tijd kunt maken. En je huis gaat heerlijk ruiken naar kruiden, koffie en sinaasappel. Ook een geweldige cake om cadeau te geven deze kerst.

En misschien heb ik de beste taart voor het laatst bewaard. Deze koffie choco taart met twee lagen is domweg goddelijk en doet het ook goed als verjaardagstaart.
And perhaps I have saved the best for last. This double layered coffee chocolate pie is delicious and it makes a perfect birthday cake too.
