Christmas desserts

The holidays are knocking at the door and although I always start the Christmas season early in mid-November and consequently hate it by the time it’s actually there and would much rather just eat pizza, I do wish to draw your attention to some great and easy desserts this year (read: chocolate cakes, always a good choice). These cakes are gluten free and vegan, so you know for sure that everyone can enjoy them!

If you have been following us for a while, you probably know summer isn’t exactly my favourite season of the year. I don’t much like the heat, that barbeque smell, or the extra noise outside. But I do love all the fresh fruits that are now available in the shops, and admittedly, summer morning are perhaps some of the most gorgeous mornings in existence.
