Ze vertelde over een bijzonder vrouw, genaamd Zina die de eerste Syrische vluchteling is die een kvk onderneming was begonnen waarmee ze fantastisch kookt voor verschillende mensen in Paradiso tot leden van koninklijk huis. Ze heeft de hel in Syrië meegemaakt en daarna de barre tocht, gescheiden van haar kinderen gemaakt door verschillende Europese landen om hier in Nederland haar tweede thuis te vinden. Ze houdt van Amsterdam maar Aleppo is voor altijd in haar hart zoals ze het zo mooi omschrijft.
