In our search for the best banana bread, we have tried quite a few different cakes already. And I have to admit that although banana bread is incredibly easy to make –you only have to mix some flour and bananas in a bowl and bam! you’re done – not every recipe is as good. I tend to look for recipes that aren’t too sweet, have some texture, and aren’t too dry. It can be fancy, and I like the idea that you can add your own toppings as well.
