This year with Food Bandits, we started to focus a lot more on things that you can do to be more considerate of the environment. And we didn’t just discuss different types of cleaning products, laundry detergent, or plantbased foods, but we also explained the chemistry behind all those things. We decided to do this mainly because we so often read nonsense claims about chemistry that we are certain are meant well, but which don’t really end up helping anyone at the end of the time. So, yes, those lefties (and, yes, we’re also a part of that group) can be a bit crazy at times. But whether you vote left wing or right wing, I think we can all agree that we’re in the middle of an urgent climate crisis right now.
